We repeatedly remind people to immediately disconnect the main power switch in case of electrical fires, strictly prohibit using water to extinguish fires, and call rescue numbers in a timely manner, further enhancing their awareness of safe electricity use and self-protection ability.
In addition, the company also organizes frontline operation and maintenance personnel to actively carry out daily, special, and night patrols, increase the frequency of inspections and temperature measurements, and timely detect and eliminate safety hazards; At the same time, we encourage and assist the public to proficiently use the "Online State Grid" app to apply for online payment, electricity fee inquiry, fault repair and other electricity needs, efficiently and conveniently handle various electricity business, and fully enjoy high-quality power supply services at the fingertips.
It is understood that over the past week, the institute has distributed more than 500 safety electricity materials and identified and dealt with 8 safety hazards for customers.
